After butchering a carbide grout blade, I received this blade in a multi-pack, and it has done a great job on one specific task -- removing a 3/8 inch sanded grout seam in floor tile, where my goal was to remove and re-use the tile itself. (If you're new to this, the key is NOT to try to grind out all the grout with the blade -- a 3/8 inch seam is too wide -- but to cut a center channel down the center of the seam, and then run a utility knife along the edge of the tile and collapse the grout on either side of the channel into the channel itself. You'll run through some utility knife blades, but it gets the job done.) Had been using a Rotozip with a grout removal bit, which did a good enough job, but the bit tended to burn up a bit too easily.
